						<list>Preparing tart: Soften butter at room temperature and beat.</list>
						<list>Add sugar, then the whole egg, and mix well.</list>
						<list>Add egg yolk and mix very well till it becomes whitish color.</list>
						<list>Sift flour and salt together and pour into butter mixture.  Mix well with fingers.</list>
						<list>Wrap the dough with a plastic bag and keep refrigerated for 30 min.</list>
						<list>Preheat oven 400F</list>
						<list>Pat the dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet (9x13) and shape it flat and rectangular. Bake for 15 min.</list>
						<list>Preparing topping: Put butter, sugar, and heavy cream in a pan and cook it for a while until it starts to caramelized (230-240F)</list>
						<list>Take the pan away from stove and add almond.</list>
						<list>While the topping is still hot, pour it over the baked tart.</list>
						<list>Preheat oven at 375F and bake he tart for 15-20 min.</list>
						<list>Remove from the oven and cool the tart for a while.</list>
						<list>While it is still warm, remove the cookie sheet and cut it in serving size.</list>
