Venerable U
Nandisena has guided retreats and taught Pali Classes at MLA since 2006.
The abbot of the Dhamma Vihara in Mexico, Venerable U Nandisena
was born in Argentina in 1954. In 1991 he received his ordination in Taungpulu
Kaya Aye Monastery, Boulder Creek California, USA, with the Venerable Hlaing
Tet Sayadaw as preceptor and Venerable U Silananda as teacher.
Venerable Nandisena has studied Abhidhamma, Pali and Meditation with Venerable
U Silananda. He is also the Spanish translator of the Abhidhammattha Sangaha by
Anuruddha Thera, work published by El Colegio de Mexico in 1999.
