Today we find ourselves being increasing Pressurized with endless dateline to meet and multiple tasks to being carried at the same time. We are constantly living in stress/ get burn-out, anxiety and depression.

With the low birth rate, reduction of Welfare programs/ Safety Nets and Privatization people around the world are finding themselves being OverTaxed.

Wild spending and wide availability of credit cards are creating a big population of Debt-ridden around the world.

I will provide you with an extensive version of Buddha’s 8 fold path which contain an overall view of Buddhist Right Views ( ranging from Theravada to Mahayana). During the talk I will show you how they can be used in our daily life, develop our Heartwares and transform our challenges into opportunities for growth.

By linking Buddhist Right Views with modern scientific discoveries and management thoughts, methods and know-hows so one’s understanding is no longer just words and abstract concept but more thought provoking, in depth , practical and more link to our current world

By using lots of photos and flow charts one will learn better with this visual effect and you will understand the interconnectivity, interactions and cause and effects of subjects being discussed.

I am a Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Singapore) Electronic Engineering Diploma （1988）Graduate. 1991-1992, I was a Thai Thammayuttika Tradition monk atWat Bovoranives Vihara, Bangkok, Thailand. 1993-2000, I studied Buddhism in Chinese at Fu Yan Buddhist Institute（福嚴佛學院）, Taiwan and completed Elementary and Advanced Buddhist Studies Courses. I have been teaching in Malaysia（Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur, N.
