1) Fee:
There is no fee for the use of the classroom. However, donations are
appreciated.
2) Use of facilities:
The user is responsible for the repair or the replacement of equipment
damaged during use. The user shall reimburse MSUSA for such costs within
seven days of the occurrence of such damage.
The user shall insure that no more than 70 people occupy the lecture Halls
and library at any time. Moreover, the right to use the facilities may not be
transferred to other organizations or persons, and the user shall notify
MSUSA promptly if a planned use will be canceled.
3)Waiver:
The user hereby waives all claims against MSUSA for damage to any property
or injury or death of any person in, upon or about MSUSA's property arising
at any time of use.
4)General Provisions:
The user shall be responsible for securing the facilities at the end of
each use. This includes turning off all lights, air condition and other
equipment, closing all windows, and locking doors. The user shall notify
MSUSA immediately upon discovery of any plumbing or electrical problems. The
user shall return the key to a MSUSA-designated representative as soon as
possible after the completion of an event, but no later than 24 hours
following the end of the scheduled event.
